This dessert is so good fresh, no freeze dryer necessary. If you don't want individual servings, I usually tear up half the cake in the bottom of a 9x13 pan and layer half the cream cheese mixture on top and half the strawberries in slices. Then repeat. It is delicious!
This freeze dried beautifully as well. Held its shape so well, and had an awesome texture and taste. It also freeze dried extremely quickly with everything spaced out. It was a 20 hour batch from start to finish prefrozen.
