Instant Pot Madras Lentils

I have been wanting to try this copycat recipe for a while. I love the Tasty Bites Madras Lentils you can get from costco. These weren't quite as smooth. I think I may need to mash them a little bit to get a closer consistency. I also used black beans instead of kidney beans as that is what I had on hand. It was delicious either way. I will definitely be trying it again.
