Instant Pot Loaded Potato Soup

This was seriously to die for. Soooo good. I'm spoiled and I have two instant pots. One 6 qt and one 8 qt with an air fryer. If you don't have this don't worry. I assume most people won't. An alternative is to bake the bacon and use the instant pot that cooked the potatoes after they are done. You also can do this recipe without any pressure cookers. It will just take a little longer, but not much. Just cook your potatoes how ever you normally cook mashed potatoes and use a large stockpot for the rest.
